6 places on the northern coast of Bulgarian Black Sea you should visit

Our beautiful fatherland hides incredible places to see, feel and experience. I haven’t been on the northern coast of Black Sea until last month and I didn’t even imagine for the existence of this beautiful places. I was extremely impressed by the landscapes and pictures I saw there. That provoke my desire to share them with you. If you are planning your vacation you should undoubtedly put these places on your list.

1. The rocks above Bolata beach – the divine place to enjoy the first sun rays

Being a witness of the beginning of a new day, the witness of the appearance of the first sun rays – an unearthly feeling that even described by poet can’t compare with the experience. These rocks are one of the places that I recommend. Uplifted as if the sun dipped in the vast sea. At the same time so small against the huge sun. This is one of the places for which is difficult to write because you just need to feel it.

2.Kaliara cape – soaked with history place

One place you should certainly visit is Kaliakra cape. Its name means “beautiful cape”. In essence, Kaliakra is an elongated peninsula jutting out into the sea about 2 km. Kaliakra is a natural archeological reserve which occupies about 700 acres area and its slopes rise of 60-70 meters.

This is one of the most attractive places on our coast.

It combines spectacular scenery, breathtaking panoramic views, and rich history. There you can feel the magic of the sea, distant horizon, beautiful red poppies and legends floating since ancient times and to hear the song of hundreds of bird species. If you are somewhere in northeastern Bulgaria don’t hesitate and jump off to this enchanting place – no doubt you won’t regret and will be delighted.

3.Yailata National Reserve – the vast expanse

About 2 km south of Kamen Bryag and 18 km northeast of Kavarna in the gentle embrace of the sea has a national archaeological reserve “Yailata”. The area is highly seaside terrace whose name has a Turkic origin and means “high pasture.” There you can admire the bizarre rock caves. They are close to the sea or you can just to open your mind and to merge with this amazing scenery. Give yourself at least a few minutes in the standstill.

The cold northern charm of the sea cliffs combined with gently caressing them sunlight and the infinite sea irresistibly attracted photographers from all over Bulgaria to break this paradise in terms of their understanding of life and art. 5.Extensive fields where you can lose your mind

As strange as it sounds I mean exactly that – the vast wheat fields whose colors fill the whole mind. In the distance, you can see paintings that will remain in your memory forever. If you pass through this area deflected off tertiary roads that are extremely well served and will offer great views and contrasting colors.
