Maybe you’ve understood that we live a healthy life because we know that our bodies are irreplaceable and we have to take care of them if we want to be healthy. Likewise, you might have heard about the damages of notorious gluten. But I don’t want to deep in this themе because everyone has a different understanding and I will leave the choice to yourself. We have chosen this way and we prefer using the einkorn bread.

You need home bakery and some products:хляб_3

  • 500 g. Einkorn flour
  • 200 g. Yeast (substitute yeast)
  • 320 ml. water
  • 2 tablespoons saffron
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • Different seeds – we usually put whatever we have at hand – sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, white and black sesame, different mixes of seeds for bread

 

Put all ingredients in a bakery and after about four hours the bread is ready.

The einkorn bread has different taste of those which we used to bye but important thing is that you know what you eat when you have made it by your own hands.
