Here is a wonderful idea for an autumn salad whose preparation will take you less than 15 minutes. You need a chopper and following products:

  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 red radish
  • 1 white turnip
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 carrots
  • 50gr of walnuts
  • a little lemon juice
  • olive oil

Peel and chop all products. While blending them obtain small pieces. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and season with olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle top with nuts. In this hush and slightly nostalgic season, root salads are a great source of many vitamins and minerals needed by your body. At least but not last hey are extremely delicious.
