Here is a wonderful idea for an autumn salad whose preparation will take you less than 15 minutes. You need a chopper and following products:
- 1 beetroot
- 1 red radish
- 1 white turnip
- 1 green apple
- 2 carrots
- 50gr of walnuts
- a little lemon juice
- olive oil
Peel and chop all products. While blending them obtain small pieces. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and season with olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle top with nuts.
